Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return your item at any time up to 30 working days after the day of delivery. Please contact us at info@happybutter.co.uk as soon as possible. Naturally breakages will be replaced if photos of the damage are provided. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are returning goods, you must get proof of postage from your local post office or courier. It is highly recommended for high value goods to use a tracked and signed for service. If you fail to identify proof of postage then you are liable for any lost items.

We cannot be held liable for goods that fail to arrive back to us by your chosen carrier.
