I choose it for health reasons and I'm back on trying bulletproof coffee. When this arrived and I tasted it I thought wow, this must be the real deal! I personally think its delicious! I got my mother to try it who also loved the flavour, we both agreed it's like tasting really good quality brown sugar buttery fudge, but if it had absolutely zero sweetness to it. It has a rich and caramelised flavour to it. They test for casein content and all of that information is available on their website. I recently thought I'd try the (redacted) ghee to compare as I like their other products - I'm afraid it just doesn't compare to this ghee for flavour. Happy Butter have a customer for life in me! “
