Crispy Gold Skin Salmon and Greens

Ingredients:

Happy Butter Ghee or Golden Ghee

1 skin on salmon fillet per person

1 handful of greens per person

Tamari


Method:

Pre-heat oven to 175º C

Place fillets skin side up on a greased oven proof dish.

Smear ½ Tsp of ghee onto each fillet skin.

Place in the oven and cook for 18 mins.

Whilst the salmon is cooking, gently fry the greens for a few minutes in the ghee

Add a few drops of Tamari if desired.

Serve with the salmon
