Golden Turmeric Latte

Ingredients

1 cup of milk or non-dairy milk of choice

1 heaped Tsp Golden turmeric ghee

1 pinch of ground black pepper

cinnamon, ground cardamon sugar or sweetener optional

Method

Heat milk with golden ghee and black pepper, add a sweetener if required or a pinch of cinnamon/ pinch of cardamom.

Froth.
